1996 Mitsubishi Montero over heating

My montero doesnt get hot on me when driving at 45mph, but when I get on the interstate and drive 70 it will get hot till I get off the interstate then it cools back down

First you might want to check your ignition timing and make sure your water pump is effectively circulating the water, also make sure the cooling system isnt plugged up.
