1993 Mitsubishi Montero timing belt

I cut my timing belt off because it was in the way. I need to get my fly wheel off now to put a new timing belt on. How can I get the fly wheel off now.

I presume that you are meaning the front pulley, best to remove the starter and lock the ring gear with a suitable lever.

The hermonic balancer actually if you want to get specific. But yes how do I get it off since I have no timing belt on there anymore

As I said, remove the starter and lock the drive plate with a suitable lever.
