I tried installing a new stereo, now the old or the new stereos dont work?

I tried installing a new stereo, now the old or the new stereos dont work. The power powerlock for my doors, the headlights nor the lights inside the car function when the car is off. But when the car is on they function. I checked all the fuses, and none are burned out. Any ideas about my problem? Thank You

You tested fuses- 4,6,7,19,22,23 ? The last two are in the underhood power center. All that you describe is powered through the ETACS ECU, which is the body controller. Here is a guid to help check the fuses for power and the fuse location in the diagrams below.
