1999 Mitsubishi Galant 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

when i did steerage it sound like a brake pedal holding a brake rotor.

When grinding noise is emitted while turning the steering, it is a high pressure vibration and possible causes are
1. High pressure hose loose and touching body.
2. High pressure valve partially clogged.
3. Faulty relief valve.
4. Insufficient power steering fluid.
