Hi there.
To change a hose you should have the cooling system cold. On do the hose clamps on each end, now there are a few different clamps used so you may need a screw driver or a spring clamp tool, but a pair if pliers will do, just go easy as the spring type are strong. With the clamps removed remove the hose, this may be hader that it looks as they can stick and be difficult to remove, so if a new hose is being fitted carefully slice of with a razor blade, try not to cut into any plastic fittings. With hose off clean fittings of any rust or fuzz, and re fit new hose & clamps. Fill with coolant and bleed as per requirements of your engine, run engine with heater on until heater blows warm air, check for leaks.
