How do I access the computer codes with out a scan tool. Which pin do I ground, on the terminals under the dash?

DLC located next to fuse box place Pos meter lead into terminal 24 and Neg in terminal 4 or 5. Key on count arm swings, Analog Meter, so if youu get two swings pause four swings you got code 24
