Hi,
When the light is on, do you notice any ticking or knocking from the engine? If the pressure is low enough, chances are you will hear the noise.
Here is a link that explains engine noises. See if anything mentioned mirrors what is experienced.

If there are no noises, then we have to question the integrity of the sensor. Although you replaced it, there could be a wiring issue. So, what I recommend is to test the oil pressure using a mechanical gauge. Most parts stores will lend one to you.
To use one, simply remove the new oil pressure sensor you installed and screw in the fitting for the mechanical one. Start the engine and note if the pressure on this gauge is low as well.
The idea that it happens when warm and at an idle is the most common condition for low oil pressure to show up. So, we could actually have an internal engine issue.
If the pressure is low, consideration should be taken to remove the oil pan, inspect the oil pump pick-up tube for debris causing a restriction. If it is clean, there could be an issue with worn main bearings in the engine or a faulty oil pump.
Here is a link that covers in more detail the things I reviewed above:

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions.
Take care,
Joe
