Recently it has started missing problem. Sometimes at idle acceleration engine goes off and at the time of driving if suddenly press gas peddle till end engine responses slowly, it lags by aground three to four seconds.
I asked a local mechanic, he took a small test drive and without checking under hood he said, " I need to change EGR/TPS Sensor."
EGR/TPS Sensor cost is too high for my very old car.
What is wrong with my car? Is there another possibilities I need to check?
