Miss firing

1 and 4 is misfiring on my truck I have changed all coil packed and plugs when I did I saw oil on number 5 plug what does this mean?

Where was the oil, on the part that is inside the engine or outside?
For the misfire, you need to determine what you are missing first. Could be a bad fuel injector, low fuel pump pressure, bad connection to the coil, no spark. That is where a good scan tool with bi-directional controls is a big help. It lets you shut off each item to see which effects the engine. Now without one there is another option and that is to use a noid light to test for injector pulse on the injectors, and you can use a COP coil tester to check for spark. Run a fuel pressure test to rule that out. Most of those tools are usually rental items in parts stores, except the scan tool.

The oil was in the inside on the plug where it screws in to the engine where the spark plugs sparks from. On the number 5 plug.

Finding oil inside isn't a good thing. It generally means worn/broken rings or that the valve stem seals are leaking, or that the PCV system it under pressure when it shouldn't be.
Lets see if we can track down the misfires first. Then at least you have a running engine to work with not something with other problems.
