If this happened on the way back from the getting it serviced then clearly we need to take it right back.
This could be a number of things but if you had to put oil in the engine after they changed the oil, either you have a leak or they didn't put oil in it. If they didn't it could cause the engine to run rough and even lock up. This is why we need to take it right back. Not only because we need to get it repaired but because if they caused it, they need to look at it in its current state which is how they returned it to you. If you start taking things apart to try and figure this out then that opens the door for them to blame you or at least cast doubt on the fact that they may have caused it.
Based on what you are telling us, it may also just be a coil boot that was not pushed all the way down but either way, we need to get this back and find out what they say and go from there. Let us know what they find and we can help determine if that makes sense as to what you are seeing.
