93 Nissan Altima 2.4L Idles very rough. Misfires and when driving car stutters and dies when you come to a stop. First I pulled the plug wires to check the plugs which I have already done a full tune up on once before and there was oil in the hole. So I replaced the gaskets, plugs, wires, new fuel filter, cleaned the mass air flow, cleaned the throttle bottle and ran some sea foam through it and still having the same problem. Check engine light has not come on. Cap and rotor have been replaced as well. I would greatly appreciate any ideas you may have.

Check fuel pressure with a gauge and check for a vacuum leak. Shold be 34 psi at idle with vacuum and 43 without auto parts rent gauge

No vac leaks. Was thinking it could be pressure regulator, will check fuel pressure and let you know what I find. What do you think about the possibility of it being the IAC valve?

The iac valve shouldn't make it run rough it's usually low fuel pressure or a misfire so scan for codes too.
