Does it say starting disabled due to theft? If that is the case and if you have a spare key, try the spare key to see if it makes a difference.
Also, I need to know if the vehicle has a factory remote start system.
If a spare key makes no difference, I suspect ultimately, we will need to have the can-bus system scanned for codes.
CAN stands for controller area network. Basically, the different computers/modules are tied together via a few wires. This type of scan will retrieve codes regardless of the module storing them.

If you suspect it is the anti-theft and don't have a spare key to try, turn the key to the run position and allow it to sit for approximately 10 minutes. See if the lights turn off and the vehicle starts.
