I've checked the battery, fuses, gas filter. Everything seems fine. I was driving and felt like I was losing power, I pulled over and the van died. Will not start. The low oil light comes on when I try to turn it over. Ive never seen it come on before. Im wondering if the van wont start because the computer or brain thinks its low on oil. What do I do? And yes I checked the oil level, its fine. Please help me. Thank you, cheryl prier.

First you 'll need to check for fuel pressure, and spark.
Does it try to turn over? Once you check for spark and fuel, we will then know which direction to go. I kinda suspect the crank position sensor, but i'd rather be for sure than throw parts at it. I'll show you how to do it with the "links" that I send you on the subjects.

Ok it has to be missing one of four elements, spark, fuel, compression, or air. How is the air filter is it dirty? Replace it if it is. Also the mass airflow sensor may be bad, you could have a broken timing belt. Which would lead to no compression.
