My 1997 Mercury Tracer has 122,000 miles ( I believe 4 cylander engine) has been ideling rough once it has warmed up, dies when at stop lights/signs if I don't slightly press the gas to make the idle go up, and the check engine light will come on for a while, then go off for a while. I think it may be an O2sensor but since I'm a girl I MUST be wrong according to the guys! I called Napa and they said my car has 2 O2sensors. would I need to replace both or 1 IF that happens to be the problem? Also, what else might this problem be?
