Car will not start with key

I had a bubble on the left tire and drove the car many miles to nearest town. The car shook tremendously and when I arrived at the tire shop the car would not start. They pushed it and popped the clutch to crank it. It would start with the key then it would not start after that. I have started it by pushing it twice now. I had no issues with it starting or running before it shook so bad on the freeway that day. Could something be shook loose? Briefly know the starter so details would be appreciated. :?
