1999 Mercury Sable power steering leak

ok, I am at a huge loss. i changed my wife's power steering pump, and now when i put fluid in it leaks out, but only when the car is running. the leak is coming from underneath, not sure where but ALL the fluid leaks out. any help will be extermely appreciated!!

Clean the suspected area
fill system with fluid
start engine
ask a helper to turn the steering wheel for u all the way one side and hold it
mean while check the hoses for leak
if nothing found
remove the clamp on the inner tie rod end boot and check for fluid inside
