This is my sons car and he forgot to put oil in the car so the engine is froze is there anything we can do?

Do you mean he drove the car around with no oil whatsoever in it?

If so. Well, I'd be looking for another car honestly.
Or maybe you can find a good used engine for a good price, but for what you're gonna pay for another engine plus the labor to install it, you might as well get you another good used car.
