I just found a milkly like gunk on my oil cap. It smells kinda like gas. I wiped it out and then ran the car for a few minutes and in was back. What's going on?"

This is caused by coolant being mixed with the oil. You will need to inspect engine to identify where the coolant is being leaked into the oil. Most common would be a cracked head gasket.
