1994 Mercury Capri Windshield wiper problems

My passanger side wiper moves ok put the driverside dosn't. I can't see under the metal to see if something is disconnected

You can pull up the metal cap at the base of the windshield wiper to reveal a nut on a bolt. This nut has probably just loosened. It happens to me all the time, I just pull out the handy crescent wrench and tighten it up, then it works like a charm.
