Message appears "check coolant" Is it safe to use 'Peak Ready-to-Use' In my Mercedes Benz S550 4matic?

More than likely this is just a faulty coolant sensor or the coolant level is actually low.

I would suggest checking the coolant and if it is full then replace the sensor.
