I TURNED MY FAN OFF AND I MUST HAVE DONE IT TO HARD. NOW I CAN'T TURN IT ON, IT'S STUCK.

Need a little more info please. The lever did not want to move and you forced it?

Now the lever does not come back, or it comes back but you are getting no volume of air.

IS there any volume of air anywhere?

I'm not clear on the symptoms.
