Your wiper arm needs to be replaced. This is not difficult to do as there is only one 13mm bolt that holds the wiper arm on. This is under a cap at the base of the wiper arm. Pop off the cap unscrew the nut and pull off the assembly. It may be tight so you might have to use a little force. Be careful to not put pressure on the windshield though as it will crack easily. When installing the new wiper arm pay close attention to the alignment mark on the bottom of the windshield (small black dash) this is where your wiper should sit when fully down. Reinstall nut and cap.
