What I heard is that my transmission has a lifetime fluid. Do I need to have a transmission flush? And I also bought those oil evacuator to use on this transmission. Try to do it by myself. My problem is ther's no dipstick, can I just measure the fluid that I will be taking out & just replce it?

Needs to be hooked up to a machine that removes a specific amount and then pumps the same amount back into the trans. Try calling a trans shop, they should have the equipment

They stopped putting trans dip sticks in. Just a cap and a locking clip.

There is a special dip stick you can by at the mercedes dealer to check trans fluid level. If you are just pulling the pan off and changing the filter. It takes about 3.5 quarts.
