A price on this would be hard to guess. Body shop's vary wildy depending on parts used and the quality of paint, expertise of the painter. Your best bet would be to call M/B and see how much a bumper is, then call around to a few body shops to see what they charge (get estimates). Remember, you will get a better job done by say M/B than you would Maaco or Earl Scheib. Im sure you could find a good middle ground. The key with this will be matching the paint color so your Benz looks as good as it did pre-accident
