2002 Mercedes Benz C230 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

How do I back off the parking/emergency brake so the rear rotors can be removed?

you did take out the screw that between a set one of the wheel studs that hold the rotor on? Here is a pic of how to deadjust the e-brake shoes if that is what is needed. Hope this helps and have a great day.
