Melted Dashboard melt in the heat on the dashboard?

I had these little "mochi squishies" which are like little rubber toys on my dashboard, as it got hotter outside, they melted, and I took them off as soon as they started. When I removed the toys there was a bumpy mark almost as if it melted my dashboard. Is there a way to fix this?
