I own a 1994 Mazda B-4000 V-6 automatic. I have changed the power steering pump, return and high pressure hoses but it still leaks. It leaks in between the high pressure hose nut where the rubber seal is and the metal pipe. I thought it was defective so I exchanged it, but it does the same thing. Any advice to what is causing this problem? Thank you.

Are you sure you didn't forget any seal, and or did you tight it correctly?

There was only one o ring for the pressure hose, which was already on. The power steering pump came with an o ring but just so I could put a new one on the pressure hose, nothing else. I know theres another seal on the pressure hose, but that one is in the inside of the nut connecting into pump. So I don't know. As for tighten, it sat correctly into the pump and it is tighten to specs. I just dont know.

Look inside the pump to be sure the mating end of the hose has the correct flare on it. Ive seen different hose ends on cars that were made only months apart
