my 1998 mazda b4000, with 82,000 miles and a 4.0L engine is making a loud humming noise. it sounds to be coming from the air intake but is so loud it can be heard from inside the truck. It sounds like a vacuum is on inside the engine. it seems to only come on when my truck is between 1000rpm and 1500rpm. It also seems to only be doing it when its hot out
