Jerks While Driving

I know this is most likely the fuel pump, but I am seeing if anyone has any other suggestion.
I have a 1994 B3000, When I am driving in second gear or higher my truck jerks like it is miss firing. It is exceptionally worse under any load or going up hill. I have replaced fuel filter, plugs and wires just recently, so I know it isn't any off that stuff. So let me know if you have any thoughts.

Check the fuel pressure, throttle position/MAF/MAP sensor/engine load sensor and for exhaust restriction to rule out the catalytic converter.
