1991 Mazda Truck Smokes w/water

I have a mazda b2600.I ran it out of gas that had been sitting for about 2 months.Later that night it felt like my tranny just dropped.It still runs and drives(wouldnt do it though).I have water mix w/oil,and it knocks BAD!I had water and oil in my filter now,and I just can figure out whats up.

Sounds like the headgasket is blowned-coolant and oil don't mix. Get it block and pressure tested to find the cause of the leak
