1993 Mazda Protege

I own a 93 mazda protege. I stopped for gas, was running really low and the car never started again. We have changed the fuel pump, fuel pump relay, distributer, computer, ignition, coil, igniter.
Timing belt is good.
Fuel pump doesnt come on with the key but does run when tried with a jumper. Not getting fire to the the spark plugs but has power to all ignition components.
Is there a reset button for the fuel pump?
I also read on someone elses answer that their computer had to be reset?
Any help would be apprecitated.
