My mazda B2600 Fuel injected small truck gets 25.4 litres / 100 kilometres and I have just bought the vehicle about a 1000 ks ago , any suggestions as to why it has poor fuel efficiency it is supposed to get about 15 llitres / 100 ks

Hi there,

With this sort of problem you should stat with the basics, do a comp test and a full tune check that the timing is correct and check for any vacuum leaks, do a scan as well as some problems will not set the engine check light, it may be a good idea to have an on car injector service done as well as this will show up any faulty injectors.
