Radiator cooling fan replacement

When I start the engine I hear what sounds like a fan noise. shortly after the starts it stops making the noise. It sounds like the radiator fan is bad I need to replace it.

If the fans turn on then the motor is most likely okay so we need to confirm this is a fan issue.

Please see the info on how to replace the fans from the manual. It is pretty easy on this vehicle but if the noise starts and stops we are going to need to test this when the noise is starting and then make sure it stops when the fans shut off.

If it does then the fans should come back on when the engine heats up. If not then we may have a control module or relay issue.
