Engine Performance problem
1989 Mazda b2200 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have a 1989 b2200 that I recently built from ground up I had to use a wiring harness and ecu from a donor truck which was an 1986 b2000 my problem is that it is miss firing and I cant figure out why I have all the emissions stuff that the 89 calls for but stiil am having problems please help

If the engine compression are within the limits-Check the following below.

Engine misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel
