the car makes the clicking noise that a cv axle going bad would make when you drive straight but not when you turn.i replaced the cv axle and the noise got better but didnt stop. someone had said it could be the transmission. can anyone give me some input

This happens when the bearing hubs go out I would replace both sides. Here is are the instructions in the images below on how to do the job. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
