Just started this morning, never had and problems before. I get into drive and getting into third gear from second it starts to grind like I don't have clutch in all the way. No other problems. All other gears work fine. Do you think it is clutch or anything with transmission?

Welcome back to 2CarPros. Your description sounds like a shift fork issue either a fork or an interlock failure. If it was the clutch you would have issues in all the gears, not just the one. The diagram shows the shift system. Unfortunately the only way to verify that is to remove the transmission and dismantle it to get to the shift shafts and forks. Does it seem to feel any different when shifting? Does the lever move the same distance in 1&2 as it does in 3&4?
