My car went into limp mode and when I read the code it is p0700 and low voltage to the o2 sensors on both sides. I have checked the grounds and the fuses in both panels wondering how to test the TCM or PCM to find out witch one is going bad.

I attached the testing for this DTC. If you only have this DTC in the PCM then it is just telling you that there is another code in the TCM. If this is the only DTC that you have then follow the testing and see what turns up. It will walk you through the issue.

Please let me know what questions you have and we can go from there. Thanks

You need a scan tool to see if the code is active in the TCM. Do you have active codes in the TCM? Usually the P0700 is not your only code. While there is some testing for this code it is basically telling you to diag any codes in the TCM first.

Okay. So is the issue still happening or does the vehicle drive properly and this happens intermittently?
