I’m getting very little air coming out of any of the vents inside my car. I replaced the blower motor and resistor still really low air flow. When turning the fan positions can hear all the flaps moving and it’s working with hot and cold air, but still really low air flow. I’ve spent 2 full days trying to get to the bottom of it can’t find anything on the internet that helps or something else other then what I’ve already tried.

Hello

We don't have information on this car but I will try to help. Does it have a cabin air filter? Also I have seen the mode blend door actuator go out causing this issue. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Hi, I’ve changed the cabin air filter and I actually took the dashboard off to get to the heater box itself to have a look at the actuator doors and all seem to be opening and closing fine. So so stressed.

The only thing left is the blower motor then. when you turn it on high can you hear it working away? Here is a guide to help you replace the blower and test the power and grounds:

Please run down this guide and report back.
