Loud moaning sound and wind up sound

I have been noticing a moaning sound when turning. Then this morning it was cold and as I went to drive away there is a loud moaning sound and a loud noise that sounds like the car is winding up when I pushed on the gas. I just got my oil changed and transmission fluid filled last night and the noise stopped. Then this morning it was worse please help

In these vehicles its pretty common for the rack and pinion to fail. Check your power steering fluid level. If that is good then I would suspect a bad rack or pump. Take it a shop to have them diagnose if it is the power steering pump or rack and pinion.
