Check engine light comes on blinking most time

Does my vehicle have another fuel filter other than the fuel pump filter? If so, can you tell me where? Had fuel pump replaced but having a problem keeping it running since. Started off hesitating, after a short time just wouldn’t start at all until it felt like it. Check engine light comes on blinking most times but every now and then doesn’t come on at all. Not really driving it out of fear I’m going to do more damage, just around the block to keep it from sitting too long.
