Our A/C wasn't coming on cool. So, we were checking fuses. After checking fuses under the steering wheel all fuses looked fine. After we turned on the van, all the ABS lights were on, brakes, airbags, etc, and it's locked in park. We reset the battery and it's still locked.

So, when you say reset the battery, do you mean you disconnected it and reconnected it? It sounds like the battery might be bad. here is how you can load test the battery with no equipment, check out the guide below:

Please run down this guide and report back.

It's a brand-new battery. Yes, unconnected then reconnected.

Okay good, we should scan for codes to see what the computer is saying. Also, have you checked all fuses and maxi fuses? these guides can help us see what's going on with the fuse locations in the diagrams below. Please be sure the battery cables are tight and clean.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. Also please upload a video of what's going on so I can see it, which helps in the repair.
