Loss of Electrical Power Steering?

Long story short
Small Front Bumper 6mph Accident no lights on.
Steering easy to turn left.
Let go, steering turns right by itself.
Dealership "replaced" SAS.
Fixed the automatic self turn steering but now no EPS and Dash light on.
They tried "fixing" no EPS but to no avail and just said column and ecu needs to be replaced.
If EPS was working partially before going to the dealer, wouldn't it still work?

No EPS
EPS light on dashboard
-Code U1201CAN Fail/Error Counter Circuit.
-Code C1515 Torque Sensor Adjustment Undone.
-Code C1516 Torque Sensor Zero Point Adjustment Incomplete.
-Code C1525 Rotation Angle Sensor Initialization Undone.
Relay in engine Bay and fuse in footwell is good.

What I've done so far, searched codes using OBD2 Scanner TOPDON AL600, no fault codes found, delete codes (even tho there wasn't any), calibrate Torque Sensor, after turning wheel ok to continue, wheel will vibrate, ok to continue, at this point it doesn't vibrate and I hear 2 clicking sounds like a on and off sound coming underneath the dash, obd2 doesn't want to calibrate due to loss communication. I try to do it again, won't even let me get to the point of turning wheel. I repeat the steps above 5 times and it's consistent and the same.

I couldn't find anything online regarding gt86/frs/brz eps to fix this. Everything I've searched so far was to replace the SAS which the dealership already did.
