Runs intermittently

More information please? Dose it start and run then shut off? Or does it only start every 3/5/10th time you turn the key? Is the battery fully charged so it turns over okay? Do environmental conditions effect it, IE; if it is cold it does not start, if it rains it does not start? When it does run does it seem to operate correctly? Does it run until you turn off the key or does it stall out?
