Check the wiring under the seat. You can disconnect the plug then with the seat plug disconnected try the switch to see if the fuse blows when the seat is not connected. This will tell if there is a short in the seat or in the wiring going to the seat. If the fuse does not blow then you will know it is somewhere in the seat itself, then check the wires going to the motor to see if one is pinched grounding it out.
