When I turn my steering wheel it squeeks very loud and when going over bumps. I think it coming from the front right side. Can you please help

It sounds like the vehicle needs lower ball joints. They will have to be replaced by a qualified mechanic. You may want to follow up with an alignment, also. You should expect about 3 hours labor plus the alignment.
