1993 Lincoln Town Car alarm

1993 Lincoln Town Car V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic

I recently had an alternator change made in my car the battery was removed and replaced several times and the same problem persists. The hazard lights continue to blink even though thier not on, the car will not start at all. I replaced the battery twice believing that was the cause but the lights come on but no turnover.I tried the drivers door and the trunk with the key still nothing can you help?
