Engine problem
2001 Lincoln LS V8 Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 100350 miles

I drive a 2001 Lincoln LS with 100,000 miles on it. Today I went out and started up my car and it came on fine but then when I was letting it warm up the check engine light came on and when it idle it began to shake. I put it in drive and started to move then the shaking stopped until I stopped the car then it began to shake again as long as I was not moving. Also when I shut off the car and got out I noticed a rotten egg smell coming from my car. What's going on?

This does that when there is a stuck fuel injector which is giving you the shaking and the rotten egg smell, I would remove all the spark plugs while looking for a dark or wet plug, this will be the cylinder that is having the issue. Here is a guide to help with the spark plugs and I have included how to change out the fuel injectors. Also, a scanner might show a misfire code that will tell which cylinder it is as well.

If all of the spark plugs are drak I would replace the fuel pressure sensor on the fuel rail.

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
