My change engine oil light, low tire pressure, and check engine light are on. Just changed the oil and tires. I think the check engine light is related to needing an oil change.

No, you have three separate issues. For the change oil light, turn the key on without starting it and push the accelerator all the way to the floor and back up three times within five seconds and that should reset the light.
For the low tire light, check the air pressure in the tires. The light should go out on its own after that but if the system requires a total reset, here are the instructions:

Reset Procedure
In order to reset (calibrate) the system, turn the exterior tamp control from "off" to parking lamps three times within five seconds, while the ignition is "on". You may also reset the system through Vehicle Customization Settings using the following procedure:

1. Turn the ignition to ACC or ON and turn the radio off.
2. Press and hold the DISP button on the radio for at least five seconds until SETTINGS is displayed.
3. Press the SEEK up and down arrows to scroll through the main menu.
4. Scroll until TIRE MON appears on the display.
5. Press the PREV or NEXT button to enter the submenu. RESET will be displayed.
6. Press the DISP button to reset. A chime will be heard to verify the new setting and DONE will be displayed for one second.
7. Once the monitor has been reset, scroll until EXIT appears on the display.
8. Press the DISP button to exit programming. A chime will be heard to verify exit.

The system completes the calibration process during driving. The system normally takes 15-20 minutes of driving in each of three speed ranges to learn tire pressures:

25-65 km/h (15-40 mph)
65-105 km/h (40 65 mph)
above 105 km/h (65 mph)

For the check engine light you need to have the codes read for a starting point. Most auto parts stores will do that for free.
