1993 Lexus LS 400 instrument cluster only works after car h

Ok here is the problem, When the car is first started in the morning the instrument cluster intermitently turns on then goes blank and will not turn on until after the car has been driven for aprox 10miles, except the speedometor and the gas gauge, every thing else works, then after I get to my destination and get back in to drive back home from work, everything turns on as it should except the gas gauge and speedometor, then after driving it for a few miles those two also starts working, it seems that it looses contact while siting overnight and doesnt make contact until the car woms up and the speedometor and gas guage doesnt make connection until the afternoon when the temp is hot and the car gets jolted around by the road. Have any ideas what could couse this or what I might need to replace to correct this problem?
