I do have a leak on the lower hose that is returning from the main steering cylinder, but is to narrow between the motor and the chasis, shall I remove the whole line or I just need a long wrench?

When power steering hose replacement is required, Follow these steps. with the engine stopped. remove the return hose at the power steering gear, and allow the fluid to drain from this hose in to a pan. on some cars, the vehicle must be lifted on a hoist to replace the power steering hose. loosen and remove all hose fittings fro the pump and steering gear. remove all to chassis clips.Remove the hoses from the chassis and steering fittings. if o-ring trw.steering gear cylinder line have gaskets that are sericed as a unit. the old gasket must be pried out off the fittings in the housing before the new lines an gaskets are installed, lubricate o- ring with power steering fluid, dont forget to bleed air from the power system
